Lead Medical Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Medical Professional to join our team at Inland Allergy and Asthma in Spokane, Washington. As a Lead Medical Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Provide guidance and support to medical assistants and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Valid RN or LPN license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years of experience in family medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, or allergy and asthma settings
- Experience with electronic health record systems and strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a collaborative environment
$100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience
