Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator to serve as a PCU Neurotrauma Nurse Manager. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for coordinating care, evaluating performance, and providing coaching to staff members. A minimum of 3 years' experience in ICU or a related setting and a strong background in neurotrauma care are required. A valid New Hampshire RN license and BLS certification are necessary. As a nurse manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and promoting a positive work environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$125,000 annually and a comprehensive total rewards package that includes comprehensive medical coverage, dental and vision benefits, life and disability coverage, and more.
