Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care LPN to join our team. As a Primary Care LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our physicians in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Perform general nursing duties as requested by physicians and office managers
  • Take vital signs and document information in patient records
  • Administer injections and medications using proper technique
  • Document patient records with updates and new information
  • Take phone calls from patients and assist them or take messages for physicians
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively with the public and make patients feel welcome and comfortable
  • Willingness to travel to satellite offices if necessary
  • Maintain appropriate nursing license
  • Ability to work as a team with coworkers and providers
