Job Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist in a virtual school setting, you will work with school-aged children to identify and address their social, emotional, and behavioral needs. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. You must also be licensed to practice in Georgia or be able to obtain licensure prior to the start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to identify students' needs and develop interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to plan and implement social-emotional learning programs.
  • Lead workshops and classroom presentations on topics such as bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and stress management.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Georgia state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a virtual or remote setting.
