We are seeking highly qualified clinicians to join our team as part of the Clinician Cluster Recruitment Initiative at Indiana University School of Medicine. This initiative aims to recruit and develop a diverse group of faculty members who will contribute to the academic excellence and equity of our institution.
About the InitiativeThe Clinician Cluster Recruitment Initiative is a four-year program that provides holistic support and development opportunities for selected faculty members. This includes executive coaching, partnerships with department chairs, and participation in established professional development programs. Our goal is to attract and retain clinicians who reflect the diversity of the communities we serve, including Black/African American and Hispanic/Latin(e) communities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the academic excellence and equity of Indiana University School of Medicine
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic medicine
- Participate in professional development programs to enhance clinical and teaching skills
- Collaborate with department chairs and other faculty members to advance the mission of the school
A Doctorate or Terminal degree is required. Minimum qualifications include an MD, PsyD, or MD/PhD. Physician applicants must be board certified/board eligible and able to obtain a license to practice medicine in Indiana. Clinical psychologists must be license eligible as Health Service Providers in Psychology in the State of Indiana.
