The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, and knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO laws.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years as an Assistant Community Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service dedication
- Proven track record in bookkeeping and rent collection
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager Property Management software
