About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and experience in a regulated industry. As a Center Operations Director Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the operations director in overseeing all aspects of the donor center's daily operations, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company-specific policies and procedures.
You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve production levels, manage talent within the donor center, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with donors, fellow employees, and vendors.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the operations director in managing and developing talent within the donor center.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of active donor recruitment advertising campaigns.
- Coordinating with the management team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company-specific policies and procedures.
- Supporting the operations director in performing donor counseling and reporting to local and state agencies as applicable.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Science or Business Management preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, including one (1) year experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Above-average problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Explicit attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills, organization skills, and follow-up.
