TREASURY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS SALES ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST
WHAT IS THE ROLE? The Treasury Management Solutions Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for equipping the sales team with the necessary tools and support to drive performance in the Treasury Management Solutions and Commercial Products sectors.
This individual collaborates across the commercial products division and represents the division in high-profile, cross-functional initiatives.
Reports to the Head of Product Communications & Sales Enablement, with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Commercial Products Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to devise and execute sales enablement strategies, creating actionable processes, objectives, and performance metrics.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the go-to-market strategies, sales cycles, and essential tools for success within the Commercial Products/Treasury Sales organization.
• Create and maintain resources to assist sales teams in business development efforts, including playbooks, operational procedures, and strategic plans.
• Partner with Commercial Products teams and other departments on strategic initiatives that require tactical execution.
• Work closely with the performance management team to establish performance measurement frameworks, sales reporting strategies, and scorecard development.
• Collaborate with performance measurement team members, the Salesforce team, and Commercial Products sales leaders to gather necessary sales data, ensure optimal usage, and create an automated sales process aligned with division goals.
• Oversee sales reporting by collaborating with stakeholders and Commercial Products leaders to develop standards and procedures for logging sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Establish and monitor consistent pipeline management practices, creating dashboards for sales managers.
• Work alongside the product pricing team to manage, approve, and report on pricing exceptions.
• Engage with various internal groups to identify, assess, and establish relationships with third-party vendors that enhance the value-added data for the treasury management sales team.
• Adhere to all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures, as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.).
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
*Minimum of 3 years of business experience, with a total of 7 years of work experience
*At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector in a similar capacity
Skills and Competencies:
• Highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative mindset; strong stakeholder management abilities
• Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Eagerness to comprehend complex solutions and product functionalities
• Strong problem-solving, resource management, and time management capabilities
• Adaptable to tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and willing to develop expertise in HTML, SharePoint, Adobe, Salesforce, and Seismic (sales enablement platform)
Preferred Qualifications:
• General knowledge of commercial/treasury products, with experience in sales, sales enablement, strategic planning, or a similar role.
Compensation:
• Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
