Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a sales and service representative for our fresh food counter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our meat, sausage, cheese, fresh fish, and delicatessen products to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness of the fresh food counter.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Vocational training or work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for retail and enjoyment of working with people.
