Rogers Group is seeking a skilled Motor Grader Operator for Construction Operations based out of Madison, TN. This position will work on a site grading crew doing site and utility projects in the northern middle Tennessee market. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating a Motor Grader to complete fine and finish grade work, and an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Key qualifications include:

* Uncompromising focus on safety excellence
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine grading sub-base to paver ready tolerances
* Ability to operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency in challenging and unique terrain environments
* Experience working with GPS control preferred
* Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management
* Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
* Effective communication skills applicable to position
* Properly follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment
* Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary
* Team player
* Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
* Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
