Position Overview
This role involves addressing technical inquiries from Falcon Jet operators regarding the operation of Falcon Jet Aircraft and delivering comprehensive support for any AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and finalize all customer communications in the designated database, adhering to departmental guidelines.
Maintain familiarity with and consistently implement the complete AOG Response protocol as outlined in ISO documentation and departmental directives.
Understand the responsibilities of the AOG Response Coordinator and provide assistance when necessary.
Collaborate with the Global Technical Front Line team to resolve issues promptly.
Diagnose, assess, and recommend corrective measures for aircraft discrepancies as requested, meeting established response time objectives.
Review technical documentation and manuals to suggest necessary revisions.
Propose enhancements for product safety, aircraft performance, or operational cost reduction.
Assist customers in procuring essential parts from our inventory to meet technical requirements.
Submit updates for owner information as required.
Be knowledgeable about various electronic resources for maintenance manuals, CATIA applications, and research tools.
Participate in annual Worldwide Front Line meetings as directed by the Operations Manager.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Completion of a two-year college program in aeronautical maintenance engineering or two years of formal A&P classroom training or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience with Falcon Jet aircraft systems, such as avionics or engines, or equivalent systems.
- Proficient computer and telephone communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- A pilot's license is advantageous.
- Inspection Authorization is preferred.
- Background in avionics is preferred.
- Proficiency in the French language is preferred.
