Key Responsibilities- Provide Crisis Intervention and Treatment Services: Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy, to address clients' specific needs.
- Document Service Delivery: Maintain accurate and timely records of service delivery, adhering to high professional standards.
- Establish Effective Working Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, utilizing solution-based interventions to address specific problem areas.
- Submit Administrative and Billing Paperwork: Ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted by the end of each business day.
- Complete Clinical Documentation: Meet agency policies for completing progress notes, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and termination/discharge summaries.
