Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Supervise maintenance operations and physical condition of the property to ensure highest standards of tenant and client satisfaction.">
  3. Develop and maintain an ongoing maintenance operation for the property, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, and air/heating units.">
  4. Inspect and evaluate physical condition of the asset, completing and retaining inspection reports on a regular and timely basis.">
  5. Work closely with other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and coordinate with Corporate Project Manager as needed.">
  6. Maintain property by managing painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, mechanical, and other related maintenance activities.">

Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial office buildings, with a strong background in facilities management. We also require a BOMA accredited course or equivalent experience. Additionally, we prefer candidates with Haz-Mat Certification, Indoor Air Quality Certification, LEED Certification, and OSHA ACM awareness training requirements.
