Key Responsibilities- Assist operating room personnel in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patient care.
- Manage supply inventory in Case Cart and OR Core areas.
- Stock the surgery department with sterile and non-sterile supplies.
- Collaborate with OR Materials staff, OR staff, and surgeons to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- High School Graduate
- 6 months of patient care experience required
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Demonstrated understanding of principles of sterile processing and materials handling
- Demonstrated knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
Surgical materials handling preferred
