  • Engage in the development within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on creating scalable and maintainable frontend JavaScript and backend Apex solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to define project scopes and contribute to roadmap planning.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in the legal sector, particularly with Litify, Legal Stratos, or Team Connect.
  • Possess over 5 years of experience in frontend development utilizing Salesforce Lightning.
  • Exhibit an ownership mentality, ensuring results are delivered with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and growth in a dynamic analytics environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to listen, evaluate, and provide effective solutions.
  • Execute basic configuration modifications in Salesforce, including permission adjustments, record updates, and automation tweaks (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
  • Oversee and manage escalations across various ticketing systems.
  • Hold Salesforce certifications, which are advantageous.

Required Skills:

Salesforce, JavaScript, Backend Apex, SQL

Legal Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with invoicing, budgeting, matter management, etc.
