Job Title:

DFT Verification Specialist

Job Summary:

Rivos is seeking a highly skilled DFT Verification Specialist to join our team at Ursus Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing DFT strategies and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement DFT strategies and methodologies to meet product requirements
  • Design and implement DFT features to ensure testability and debuggability
  • Collaborate with physical design teams to close requirements and ensure DFT requirements are met
  • Validate DFT requirements and ensure post-PD designs meet DFT requirements
  • Work with designers to increase test coverage, debug observability, and flexibility
Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in DFT and verification
  • Strong knowledge of DFT, scan insertion, JTAG, MBIST, and SSN
  • Experience with UVM and System Verilog programming
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
