About the Role:

The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our Behavioral Health and Recovery team. As a key member of our team, you will provide a range of clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults in our community, including cognitive and intellectual testing, psychological evaluations, individual and group therapy, and consultation with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults, including cognitive and intellectual testing, psychological evaluations, individual and group therapy, and consultation with other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of our patients.
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify mental health and personality factors.
  • Provide consultation and education to other healthcare professionals and community members on mental health and wellness topics.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of experience working with adults, children, and families, with a focus on mental health services.
  • Three years of experience providing direct mental health services.
  • One year of experience working as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, preferably in a tribal community setting.
  • One year of experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including knowledge and experience working with Trauma-Focused CBT.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the State of Washington.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and personal auto insurance.
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with diverse populations, including Native American communities.
  • Knowledge of tribal culture and customs.
  • Experience with electronic health records and other healthcare software.
