Senior Manager Finance Dermatology Brands

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our Biopharma Finance team, supporting the Dermatology brands within the Specialty Care Business Unit. As a key commercial business partner, you will provide comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic business finance support to Brand Marketing Team Leads for Cibinqo, Litfulo, and Eucrisa.
  • Lead financial initiatives to unlock business value across assigned US commercial teams, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Establish effective working relationships with business partners, providing financial leadership, business consultation, and analytical support.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting for Dermatology Brands, generating weekly and monthly trackers for brand leads and stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and update Dermatology sales models for Operating Plan, LE forecasts, and other specific scenarios.
  • Submit all FP&A, Controllers, and US finance deliverables for Dermatology Brands, including Local Mosaic submissions, monthly VEP validations, and quarterly Alliance Revenue Receivables BPC data load.
  • Provide analysis and insight into brand P&L performance, including revenues, cost of sales, and A&P spend.
  • Participate in SCBU US finance team activities, such as simplification/automation initiatives and coordination of periodic meetings.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance experience, with 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in Product P&L financial management and corresponding business knowledge.
  • Expertise in financial modeling & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Pfizer's financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively summarize critical information.
  • Ability to perform complex data analysis and work in a matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree, preferably in finance, with an MBA/CPA.
  • Experience with Gross to Net components, such as Chargebacks, Rebates, and CoPay.
  • Life Sciences Industry experience.
