Aircraft Technician Job Description

Citadel Completions LLC is seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on aircraft and component parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine tasks such as lubrication, filter replacement, and engine checks.
  • Conduct complex tasks such as engine and flight control checks with assistance.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and modification on aircraft, including engines, landing gear, and components.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and the Repair Station and Quality Manual.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of aircraft systems and components.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Participate in continuous process improvements and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Less than 3 years' aircraft maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in oral and written English.
  • Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings (preferred).
Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent exposure to climate changes and physical demands. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

This position requires frequent walking, standing, and climbing, as well as the ability to work in confined spaces and use precision instruments and tools. The physical demands of this role are considered medium.
