Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Expleo. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing software asset management and IT procurement processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned software titles, ensuring timely and cost-efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with resellers, vendors, sourcing teams, and internal product owners to obtain and review quotes for purchase and renewal processes.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of quotes, and process them through Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Maintain and update software records in the ServiceNow software contracts database.
  • Monitor procurement requests and the generation of purchase orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure all requests are processed with accurate financial treatment.
  • Address questions and requests from the user community and provide clear and timely communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Five years of related functional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard financial management applications; experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience working cross-functionally to drive innovation and business results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with IT procurement, contracts, and software asset management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SAP for financial management.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software tools and platforms.
  • Experience in a remote working environment.

What We Offer

  • A competitive compensation package for full-time roles, with a pay range of $69,000 to $79,000 annually.
