Universal Banker

Coulee Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers
• Process all account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers
• Open, maintain, and close all account types
• Manage and balance a cash drawer in an accurate manner
• Support other departments, such as Treasury Management and Commercial

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of banking and/or strong sales experience. You will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be a problem-solver, and be able to take initiative without being asked.
