About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, Texas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who wants to work in a busy private practice setting with a large freestanding office. Our physicians love to mentor and provide guidance to their colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient medicine and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We offer a guaranteed base salary plus bonuses, as well as a rich benefits package that includes paid malpractice, CME days/allowance, and vacation time.

In addition, we offer a partnership track in Year 2, making this an attractive option for physicians who want to build a long-term career with our organization.

What We Offer

  • Guaranteed base salary: $250,000 per year
  • Bonuses: up to 20% of base salary
