Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist specializing in Early Intervention and Preschool settings. This role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a significant impact on the lives of children.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Fee for Service model with after-school availability and flexible scheduling.
  • Compensation for Early Intervention: $64-$75/hour, with potential earnings of approximately $150,000/year.
  • Compensation for Preschool: $70/hour, with potential earnings of approximately $100,000/year.
  • Rates are based on service provided, professional experience, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group needs.
  • Conduct and document occupational therapy evaluations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and coordinators regarding case management.
  • Ensure professionalism in interactions with families, educational teams, and other professionals.
  • Keep accurate attendance and billing records.
  • Coordinate schedules with families and educational personnel.
  • Track progress on IFSP/IEP goals and provide quarterly reports.
  • Participate in initial CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
