About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Imaging Services to lead our 65-person imaging team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the successful improvement of services, driving growth in market share, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and track patients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care at the appropriate point on the continuum.
  • Determine where integration efforts will be most effective, including identifying areas for improving processes and systems.
  • Communicate collaboratively with all customer groups to ensure that processes and systems used in the imaging department are thoroughly understood.
  • Manage employees through a team approach, fostering a collaborative effort across modalities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three years' experience in a leadership position
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with strong business and strategic planning skills
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
