We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Read and understand Banquet Event Orders
  • Carry at least 8 entrees per tray
  • Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests
  • Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests
  • Setup and maintain food and beverage stations
  • Maintain inventory for food and beverage stations
  • Maintain event areas and front of house staging areas
  • Participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items
  • Work independently during slower times
  • Perform safe work by providing a safe and clean work environment
  • Have a high level of social contact
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays
  • Be detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
