Key Responsibilities
- Provide twenty-four hour management for the Mother/Baby unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and meeting designated budgetary parameters.
- Oversee the care delivery of the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum population, as well as the well newborn population.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and be currently licensed as an RN in the State of Maryland. Additionally, they must meet all unit-specific certification requirements, including BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM. Professional Certification is preferred. Three to five years' leadership/managerial experience is also preferred.
Benefits
All UMMS benefits will be offered to selected candidates, including pay ranges of $58.28-$76.06 per hour.
