Semiconductor Lithography Specialist

The selected candidate will engage in engineering roles related to the photomask production process. This position entails collaboration with operational teams to enhance manufacturing workflows. Key responsibilities include overseeing process inputs, equipment, and outputs while executing improvement strategies to optimize production efficiency (high utilization and minimal cycle time) and adhere to quality standards. The individual will work closely with operations, maintenance, and facilities to achieve these objectives. The candidate will also be tasked with identifying and documenting best practices and standard operating procedures.
Maintenance responsibilities include troubleshooting electromechanical systems and conducting preventative maintenance on lithography equipment.
Evaluate tool telemetry metrics and performance data, contributing to the development of strategies aimed at enhancing yield and throughput.
Knowledge / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Chemistry/Physics is preferred; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor processes (wafer or photomask).
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), data management, and analysis.
- Understanding of Quality systems (CP, FMEA, 8D, etc.).
- Proficient with digital voltmeters and oscilloscopes.
- Understanding of electromechanical schematics.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Data analysis and action development skills.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in technical writing.
- Capability to provide technical support.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Preferred skills in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming.
