As a Field Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking our products in national account stores, building strong relationships with customers and other employees, and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandising and Stocking: Set up and maintain our products in designated bins, removing any broken pieces and cleaning the area.
- Heavy Lifting: Lift and move products up to 50 pounds, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Customer Interaction: Build strong, dependable relationships with store management and associates, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Ordering and Inventory Management: Replenish inventory according to published guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely ordering.
- Projects and Tasks: Complete assigned merchandising projects and tasks, including resets of Woodgrain products in stores.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
