Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Scientist to join our team in Hallandale, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Lab Scientist to work in our laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in laboratory procedures and instrumentation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with new technologies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Supervisor in the state of Florida.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
