AS A SUPERVISOR, YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

  1. Providing coaching, training, and support to retain talent.
  2. Promoting our credit and loyalty initiatives, ensuring your team is well-informed to enhance the shopping experience.
  3. Implementing store merchandising strategies and operational standards to maintain brand consistency.
  4. Leveraging business reports to inform decisions and achieve high-performance outcomes.

  7. Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.

WHAT WE SEEK IN A BEALLS OR HOME CENTRIC SUPERVISOR:

  1. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. 1-2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  6. Familiarity with Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must possess adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical capabilities to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  2. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds.
  3. Full body mobility, including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
  4. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
