Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding internship experience in the retail industry? Aldi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a District Manager Intern.

Job Summary

The District Manager Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of our stores, gaining hands-on experience in store management, customer service, and team leadership. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team leadership
  • Shadow a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn the fundamental aspects of store operations
  • Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours to learn about customer satisfaction and store operations
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, sales book, memo verification, and invoices
  • Participate in store resets and grand openings, and assist with inventory and other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
