Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at JFR Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the NY/NJ area.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess exceptional presentation skills, strong ability to find and develop new business opportunities, and experience selling technology services to small businesses. Key Responsibilities- Drive New Business Development opportunities
- Identify, develop, and connect with new leads
- Conduct daily prospecting activities including cold calling, email, and social media prospecting
- Set up first-time appointments for Business Technology Assessments with prospects
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around technology services
- Qualify new prospects uncovered through own lead generation and prospecting activities
- Engage in networking events on a regular basis
- Maintain a highly active sales pipeline
- Work with prospects to identify needs and recommend solutions to address those needs
- Engage with prospects throughout the sales process to close new deals
- Track all sales activities in CRM system
- 2-5+ years of outside technology solution sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Business Development role at an IT Managed Services Provider
- Successful proven track record of identifying and developing new business through prospecting and meeting sales quotas
- Exceptional appearance and presentation
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Experience in positioning and selling business solutions to new customers and new market segments
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Experience managing opportunities and sales pipeline in a CRM application
The base salary for this position is estimated to be $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission. The total compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience.
