  • Provide escorts for patients, visitors, and staff, promoting a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond to parking-related calls, addressing customer service issues and providing assistance as needed.
  • Direct staff, patients, and visitors in the event of an emergency, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting incidents and providing clear, concise information.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a large facility parking environment, preferably with a focus on customer service and enforcement.
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted Tennessee driver's license.
  • Clean driving history, with a strong emphasis on safe driving practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
