As a Ski Patrol team member, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service and support to our guests, while also maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and promote guest safety, including providing guidance and support to guests on the mountain.
  • Assist injured guests on the mountain, providing medical attention and support as needed.
  • Maintain trails, including closures, safety materials, avalanche mitigation, and other impacts from the natural environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in emergency response and rescue efforts.

Requirements:

  • Pass a resort-sponsored ski test to demonstrate your skiing ability.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including working in inclement weather and high-altitude environments.
  • Have excellent guest service skills, including the ability to provide a high level of service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment, including collaborating with other Ski Patrol team members and resort staff.

Compensation:

The expected pay range for this position is $23.26. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position, and individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
