We are seeking a highly skilled Regulations, Investigations, Securities and Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work with a prestigious global law firm and contribute significantly in their field.
Job Summary
This role offers a vibrant and impactful career within Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, ideal for those eager to take on pioneering work in government contract and regulatory compliance issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on federal and state contract and regulatory compliance matters, drafting and negotiating contracts/teaming agreements, and assisting clients with bid protests.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have broad experience advising government contractors regarding federal and state contract and regulatory compliance issues. You should also possess excellent communication and writing skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school (U.S. JD required) are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on federal and state contract and regulatory compliance issues;
- Drafting and negotiating contracts/teaming agreements with subcontractors and suppliers performing on government contracts;
- Assisting clients with bid protests;
- Counseling clients on claims and disputes involving government contracts, including preparing and prosecuting requests for equitable adjustment and claims;
- Advising clients on corporate transactions and assisting with corporate due diligence requirements;
