Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our financial operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with CPA certification preferred.

• Manage accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accurate tax filings and oversee billing processes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising internal teams, managing vendors, and communicating effectively with senior management and external consultants. They will also be responsible for presenting financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

• Estimated salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
• Full-time position with a Monday – Friday schedule, 8-4pm.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
