Position Summary
The Bartender plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by preparing and serving beverages with efficiency and professionalism. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering 100% guest satisfaction through genuine hospitality and exceeding expectations.
  • Taking personal responsibility and collaborating with team members to enhance guest service.
  • Listening to guest concerns with empathy and resolving issues effectively.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing guest dissatisfaction.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the beverage service area.
  • Offering beverage recommendations and promoting premium products.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards regarding beverage service.

Requirements and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A valid Bartender's License.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Previous bartending experience in an upscale environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
  • Ability to work with Point of Sale systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Physical Demands
Candidates must be able to:
  • Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Stand for extended periods and maneuver heavy carts.
  • Set up and dismantle banquet fixtures as needed.
