Customer Service Advocate

At Capital Credit LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition, proficiency in Spanish is required for this position.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.
Job Description:
- Customer Inquiries and Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in Spanish.
