Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process new purchase orders into the system specific to individual job and customer including any delivery or shipping requirements.
  2. Maintain clear and fluid communication with internal and external customers, plant personnel, and vendors.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support through timely responses to inquiries and complaints.
  4. Verify and confirm shipping reports against packing lists and review Customer Transaction Reports.
