As the Medicaid Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering the successful delivery of extensive, cross-departmental initiatives aimed at reducing organizational risks while enhancing strategic prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle for intricate, high-stakes projects.
  • Utilize project management frameworks and tools effectively.
  • Assess costs and feasibility of various solutions to address project challenges.
  • Administer project financials.
  • Coordinate teams across both business and technology sectors.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred).
  • Significant experience in Medicaid is essential.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP and Agile.
  • 10-15 years of experience in project management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in process management.
  • A minimum of 2 years in health insurance operations (if PMP certified) or 4 years (if not).
  • Familiarity with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other recognized improvement methodologies.
