Position Overview

The Bilingual Registered Nurse Wellness Coach plays a vital role in promoting health and wellness through personalized coaching and health initiatives. This position emphasizes individual guidance, health promotion activities, and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to support health improvement.
  • Identify and address members' health advocacy requirements.
  • Employ motivational interviewing techniques to enhance employee wellness.

Health Promotion Activities

  • Educate employees about available wellness programs and resources.
  • Increase awareness and visibility of health initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in wellness events and campaigns.

Clinical Functions

  • Prepare and maintain mobile clinical units for health service delivery.
  • Facilitate virtual consultations and assist with patient preparations.
  • Perform necessary health screenings and lab tests.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the relevant state, with the ability to maintain licensure.
  • At least three years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in health education and wellness coaching is preferred.
  • Strong client service skills and a commitment to promoting healthy behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-direction.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in one-on-one coaching.
  • Familiarity with virtual health services.
