About the Role
The Mazda Financial Services Customer Assistance Specialist plays a vital role in our customer service department. This position is focused on delivering exceptional support to our customers, dealers, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to payments, account status, and general questions.
