About Us:
We are a specialized memory care assisted living community, conveniently located in NW OKC. Our intimate campus accommodates 54 residents across three distinct buildings, focusing solely on individuals dealing with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.


Job Responsibilities:
As a caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering essential resident services and performing various tasks as assigned. Your duties will encompass:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Providing personal care and support
  • Engaging residents in social and recreational activities
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Supporting meal services and life enrichment programs


Core Duties:
You will uphold our philosophy of respecting dignity, privacy, and individuality while fostering a home-like atmosphere for our residents. Your role will include:

  • Encouraging self-care and independence among residents
  • Monitoring vital signs and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Offering emotional and physical support to residents


Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Active certification on the OK Nurse Aide Registry as a CNA
  • Preferred experience of at least one year working with older adults
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Experience with dementia care is preferred


Employment Type:
This is a full-time position.


Compensation:
The starting pay for CNAs is $16.00 per hour, with higher rates available for those with additional certifications or experience.
