Host/Hostess Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at Lazy Dog Restaurants LLC. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive arrival experience
  • Managing wait times and seating guests in a timely manner
  • Operating the computer seating system with ease
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest complaints
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements:
