Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Media Sales Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our Global Digital and Loyalty team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic media sales, leveraging our growing digital out-of-home in-store solutions to engage key CPG clients and their agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by implementing targeted strategies to boost sales among key CPG and agency partners, as well as potential non-endemic partners, leveraging Circle K's innovative media platforms.
  • Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify the most effective media platforms aligned with their marketing objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, driving recommendations for future business growth.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value of our offerings and securing new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years media sales experience preferably in retail media sales, trade channel marketing, agency sales, or other related areas.
  • Proven track record of selling to CPG clients, leading brand advertisers, and/or ad agencies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
