Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Clerk to join our team at Clínica Romero. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Perform custodial maintenance duties, including dusting, mopping, and cleaning floors, walls, and ceilings.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, and clean and restock restrooms.
• Perform routine maintenance on custodial equipment and supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and bag trash for proper disposal.
• Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 1 to 10 pounds constantly.
• Valid CA Driver's License and auto insurance required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and attend emergencies as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Working Conditions:
• Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• May be required to work in confined spaces or at heights.
