We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in a contract role. As an Assembly Technician, you will perform a wide variety of electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.

Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in functions such as performing wiring, component installation, kit assembly, and on assembly units.

Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Ensure that all work is completed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Report any quality or safety issues to management immediately.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic / mechanical assembly.

Knowledge of basic assembly techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Moderate computer skills.
