We are currently hiring for a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to work at our facility in Edison, NJ.

  • Per Diem, all shifts available.
  • Every other weekend required at a minimum.

Responsibilities:

  • The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care.
  • Monitoring basic patient health, including vital signs and overall condition.
  • Changing dressings or inserting catheters as needed.
  • Taking patient histories and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Assisting with tests and procedures as required.
  • Providing personal care, including bathing and toileting assistance.
  • Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or as directed to ensure quality patient care.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
  • Ability to work in Edison, NJ.
  • Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
