Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Miller's Ale House. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist servers with clearing tables, refilling drinks, and running food to and from the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and chairs.
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and healthy environment for our guests.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
