POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to provide strategic operational leadership. This pivotal role encompasses planning, coordination, support, oversight, and direction across our various service lines.

Responsible for driving growth, productivity, and development of service lines in alignment with strategic objectives.

Develops operational plans that align with the organization’s strategic vision.


Accountable for the financial performance of service lines, including achieving budgetary goals and operational targets.Leads teams to formulate and execute annual operational plans and budgets.

Monitors operational policies and processes, recommending improvements as necessary.

Champions the implementation of standardized operational procedures.

Ensures compliance with culinary and maintenance standards by leveraging resources effectively.

Reviews quality metrics and formulates action plans as needed, tracking their success.

Collaborates with senior leadership to ensure effective administration of quality assurance initiatives.

Partners with clinical teams to ensure that service delivery meets established standards.

Supports adherence to all clinical service standards and quality benchmarks.


Coordinates audits to evaluate the quality of services and support provided to all individuals served.

Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies.

Functions as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional care to all individuals.

Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develops strategies to meet or exceed targets.


Collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with business development strategies.


Ensures that each service line maintains a positive reputation in the community and fosters strong relationships with stakeholders.

Acts as a primary resource for concerns raised by clients, families, and staff.

Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Ten (10) years of experience in senior housing or healthcare operations, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role across multiple sites
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in business or healthcare-related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations and documentation
Ability to analyze reports, including quality, risk management, and financial data, and develop actionable plans based on findings.
